Looking after your mould
- Do not touch the inside face; fingernails scratch it permanently
- Clean with warm soapy water, or lift dust with low-tack tape
- Do not hold a torch close to the mould; use a heat gun on low or spray rubbing alcohol to pop bubbles
- When the inside loses its shine or shape, the mould has reached the end of its life

Which wax should I use?
Soy wax granules or paraffin, both of which hold shape outside a container. Soy flakes are formulated for jars and stay too soft.
Can I make a matching sweet set?
Yes, that is the usual reason to buy two: gujiya and motichoor laddu cast together make a recognisable festive set.
Does the crimped edge cast cleanly?
Yes, if you pour slowly and tap the mould to release trapped air. Crimped edges hold bubbles more than a smooth form does.

What does delivery cost and how fast is it?
Delivery is free on orders of AED 300 and above. Orders above AED 100 and below AED 300 ship at AED 12, and orders of AED 100 or less at AED 20. Order before 1:00 PM UAE time for next-day delivery anywhere in the UAE, Dubai and all other Emirates alike. We deliver within the UAE only.
Can I collect from the store?
Yes. Pickup is free from Sheikha Noora Tower, 1st Floor, 109, Barsha Heights, Dubai, open Monday to Sunday, 9:30 AM to 9:00 PM.
How can I pay?
Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cash on delivery. All prices include 5% VAT.
What is the returns policy?
Items damaged in transit or with a manufacturing defect can be returned within 7 days of delivery, unused and in original condition. The full policy is on our refund policy page.
