Shipping policy
All prices on this website include VAT at 5 percent.
Where we deliver
We deliver within the United Arab Emirates only, to Dubai and all other Emirates. We do not ship outside the UAE, including to other GCC countries.
Delivery charges
Delivery is charged on the order value before delivery, and applies across the whole UAE including Dubai.
- Orders of AED 100 or less: AED 20.
- Orders above AED 100 and below AED 300: AED 12.
- Orders of AED 300 and above: free.
The charge is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay. Orders that are oversized or unusually heavy may carry a higher charge, which we will confirm with you before dispatch.
Delivery times
Place your order before 1:00 PM UAE time and we deliver the next day anywhere in the UAE, Dubai and all other Emirates alike. Orders placed after 1:00 PM are dispatched the following working day.
Please give your full address along with a contact number that is reachable during the day. Incomplete addresses are the most common cause of delay, and thus we will hold an order rather than dispatch it to an address we cannot confirm.
Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is available across the UAE. The full order value, including any delivery charge, is payable in cash to the courier at the time of delivery.
Store collection
Free collection from Sheikha Noora Tower, 1st Floor, 109, Barsha Heights, Dubai, open Monday to Sunday, 9:30 AM to 9:00 PM.
Order cancellation
An order can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed, provided it has not already been dispatched. Where a cancelled order has been paid for, the refund is returned to the original payment method within 45 days from the date of cancellation.
