Standard Delivery

• We offer FREE delivery on orders of AED 300 and above.

• Orders below AED 300 of normal size and weight will have AED 11 delivery fee.

• Receive your order within 2-3 business days, with the exception of Saturdays and public holidays.

• Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contact details.

Cancellation Policy

Customer can only cancel the order within 24 hours only, refund will be made back to same payment solution within 45 days from the date of cancellation

Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping on Resinartworld.ae! We hope you enjoyed your experience. Our return policy last 7 days from the date of purchase.

We accept return or exchange due to following reason-

• The product was damaged during transit.

• The product had manufacturing defect

• The product was tampered with prior reaching to customer

Exchange & refund allowed due to above reason, only and items must be in their original packaging, unused.

 

Please note that if there is a manufacturing defect, we will inspect the returned items and in the event that we find no production defects, we reserve the right to revoke the refund. Items returned due to manufacturing defect will receive a full refund or can be exchanged.

 

All refunds will be calculated as the original price paid, excluding any delivery charges. Refunds will be issued through the original mode of payment.

 

After returning the products to us, refund will be made back to same payment solution within 45 days from the date of refund approved

 

Courier: We can arrange for courier collection which will include a return delivery fee of AED 20 which must be paid in cash, upon pick-up.

Return Policy on Silicone Moulds

We take care that you choose products wisely and even our suppliers ensure quality of products before bringing them on the ramp so they all are free from any kind of defect& imperfections. However, by nature of mass manufacturing of silicon molds, minor imperfections on the surface of the moulds should be expected such as some minor lines or small marks on the finished product. But these are not considered as defects and therefore are not eligible for a return.

We recommended to use moulds with our Pourfect resin only as its tested for Endurance and Compatibility with our Silicone Molds.

And also, we cannot give any full-fledged guarantee compatibility and durability of silicone moulds. It always depends upon how you take care of them.
