Paraffin is the traditional candle wax and it is still the one that throws scent hardest. It takes dye and fragrance more strongly than soy, releases cleanly from moulds, and costs less per kilogram, which is why it remains the working choice for pillar candles and for anyone making in volume.

Pairs well with

Common questions

Is paraffin or soy wax better?
They do different jobs. Paraffin throws scent harder, takes colour more vividly and costs less; soy is natural, burns slower and washes out of equipment more easily. Most makers keep both.

Can paraffin be used in jars?
Yes, and it works well for a strongly scented jar candle. Soy wax flakes are the alternative if you want a natural wax in the same format.

How much fragrance should I add?
Start lower than you would with soy, because paraffin carries scent further. Test one candle before scaling a batch.

What does delivery cost and how fast is it?
Delivery is free on orders of AED 300 and above. Orders above AED 100 and below AED 300 ship at AED 12, and orders of AED 100 or less at AED 20. Order before 1:00 PM UAE time for next-day delivery anywhere in the UAE, Dubai and all other Emirates alike. We deliver within the UAE only.

Can I collect from the store?
Yes. Pickup is free from Sheikha Noora Tower, 1st Floor, 109, Barsha Heights, Dubai, open Monday to Sunday, 9:30 AM to 9:00 PM.

How can I pay?
Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cash on delivery. All prices include 5% VAT.

What is the returns policy?
Items damaged in transit or with a manufacturing defect can be returned within 7 days of delivery, unused and in original condition. The full policy is on our refund policy page.
