Tin cure silicone is the industrial grade for mould making where food contact is not required. This 5kg set is 20A hardness and mixes at 100 parts A to 2 parts B, which makes it the economical choice for gypsum, concrete and cement moulds.

Common questions

What does 20A hardness mean?
It is the Shore A scale reading. 20A is soft and flexible, which makes demoulding detailed casts easier than a harder silicone would allow.

Why is the mixing ratio 100:2?
Tin cure systems use a small catalyst charge rather than an equal second part. Weigh both parts on a scale accurate to 1 gram; measuring by eye will leave uncured patches.

Which grade should I use for chocolate or cake moulds?
Use the platinum grade, which is supplied as food safe. This tin cure set is specified for industrial use: gypsum, resin, candle, concrete and cement moulds.

What does delivery cost and how fast is it?
Delivery is free on orders of AED 300 and above. Orders above AED 100 and below AED 300 ship at AED 12, and orders of AED 100 or less at AED 20. Order before 1:00 PM UAE time for next-day delivery anywhere in the UAE, Dubai and all other Emirates alike. We deliver within the UAE only.
