A plain round MDF base, 6mm thick, in three sizes from 30 cm, 40cm, and 60 cm. This is the board most resin wall clocks and round wall pieces are built on: rigid enough not to bow under a pour, light enough to hang.

Common questions

Which size should I choose for a wall clock?
A 12 inch board suits most rooms and takes a standard mechanism. 16 and 24 inch are statement sizes and need a longer hand set.

Do I need to seal the MDF first?
For paint, yes; gesso gives an even surface. For a straight resin pour it is not essential, though sealing prevents the board drinking the first coat.

Will the board warp under resin?
At 6mm it holds flat for normal art pours. For a very deep pour use the base with a border, which contains the resin rather than letting it run.

What does delivery cost and how fast is it?
Delivery is free on orders of AED 300 and above. Orders above AED 100 and below AED 300 ship at AED 12, and orders of AED 100 or less at AED 20. Order before 1:00 PM UAE time for next-day delivery anywhere in the UAE, Dubai and all other Emirates alike. We deliver within the UAE only.

Can I collect from the store?
Yes. Pickup is free from Sheikha Noora Tower, 1st Floor, 109, Barsha Heights, Dubai, open Monday to Sunday, 9:30 AM to 9:00 PM.

How can I pay?
Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cash on delivery. All prices include 5% VAT.

What is the returns policy?
