Pourezy Silicone Rubber Liquid Tin Cure - 1kg

The 1kg tin cure set is the trial size for mould making, holding 980g of Part A and 20g of Part B. It is enough for one or two small moulds, which is the sensible way to test whether tin cure suits your work before buying the 5kg set.

Common questions

Why is the ratio 100:2?
Tin cure systems use a small catalyst charge rather than an equal second part. Weigh both parts on a scale accurate to 1 gram; measuring by eye leaves uncured patches.

How many moulds will 1kg make?
It depends on mould size and no yield figure is published. As our own working estimate, a 4 inch coaster mould takes roughly 300 to 400g, so expect two or three small moulds.

Which grade should I use for chocolate or cake moulds?
The platinum grade, which is supplied as food safe. This tin cure set is specified for industrial use: gypsum, resin, candle, concrete and cement moulds.

What does delivery cost and how fast is it?
Delivery is free on orders of AED 300 and above. Orders above AED 100 and below AED 300 ship at AED 12, and orders of AED 100 or less at AED 20. Order before 1:00 PM UAE time for next-day delivery anywhere in the UAE, Dubai and all other Emirates alike. We deliver within the UAE only.
